Small insects in soil! Need help identifying

I do not see any leaf damage I would attribute to insects, but I am still concerned until I have them identified. I have started to look online, but I am not sure if anything actually matches up. they are very small, thus being very difficult to see just what they look like. They do not seem to be jumpers, just crawlers and possible wrigglers.

Here is a short video of them moving around. As you can see, quite a few right there..

I moved my fan up higher, and pointed it directly at this plant. I do not see any more activity on the surface. Which has me concerned a little.

Those are springtails aren't they?

I was desperately hoping so, but I did not notice any of them hopping

EDIT****just watched another video where they are just walking around, and only jump when threatened. I will see if I can make them hop for me. They do have the characteristics of a springtail, I zoomed in on one of my photos, and they definitely have some antennae

Try rubbing them with a finger and see if they hop.

Well shoot. I have no idea then

I searched the pots with Pro Mix, no signs of life. I will just ride this one plant out, then never use soil again.....until I make super soil that is

Yeah, I guess all you can do is hope it's a insect that's not harmful at all to the plants and just keep rocking it

After a long hard look yesterday, I had finally seen some of them hop around. Not sure why I didn't before. Oh well, just glad to finally know all was well with the plant
