Starting off 2nd grow

I want to switch on to Fox Farm Happy Frog which I’ve been told it has little nutrients in the soil itself and I want to start off using the Lucas formula feed schedule. What soil could be recommended so I can start off after the seedling process to use nutrients? I’m also growing in an 3x3x7 gorilla grow tent with 315 cmh growers choice light

You may look into Coco if yer wanting to use nutes right away

So just using Coco coir that’s it? Can I use it starting off seedlings as well?
