Taking cuttings

I've switched to 12/12 4 days ago could I still take clones from them or is it to late there not flowering yet

Take the clones. It's still cool.

When you take these cuts try and take them right before or when the lights come on and leave them under 24 hours of veg light. I use a single 23 watt 6500 k compact flourescent bulb for my cuts and it is ample light to root them and it is not too powerful for the delicate cuts. Good Luck
