Hey bro thanks so much this reallt pissed me off. So what do you guys think they way premature?

I wouldn't say way premature! From the look of the red hairs, looks like your prettty close. One tell tale sign is when over 50% of the hairs turn red/brown. However they don't look like they are starving yet, so might as well let them go several more days. On my last harvest I had no amber trichs one day and then one day later, amber trichs started to appear!!

So they look ok .. So 3 & 4 thats normal see the one that sprouted at the level of the rock wool .. How close should i have the lights I have them now at about 12 inches i did have em at about 2 inches but looked like it was not letting them go upward ...I raised it to 12 now is this ok I am useing now 4 26 watt 65 k cfl`s at 100 watts each and 2 26 watt 27 k bulbs is this too much ?????

?????? Cause my first bubble grow was bad . I learned what I did wrong And Fixed it.. First issue I had was Light getting in the tub once the algae grew I could not get rid of it..and was adjusting the Ph every 4 or 5 hours so I kind of screwed it up not knowing it was algae ..

Even with this new grow I blocked all light / and still had an algae issue with greyish looking water and snotty looking bubbles at water level on the sides of the tank after about 4 days . It was no the light this time or water temps they are at 63 degrees . Seems after exactley 4 days the water turned. Can not figure it out ..

So now I just add 3/4 cup of peroxide to 8 gallons of water every 4 to 5 days and the water seems to be ok thus far . Glad I cought it before the roots hit the water . So far water is ok still can not figure out why the 6 pot gets that nasty shit going while the DWC does not have any of those issues as the Bubble system does .. Thanks for your input

I think it would be nice if only MostlyCrazy, the Chief Deep Water Culture, had this sig, and if Soniq, you could make one that does not say Chief Deep Water Culture for the rest of us..

Without the submersive pump and feeder tubes, the first week goes slow in a plain DWC. With feeder tubes, we get an inch a day in growth.

AFTER you get the pic uploaded, you click the THUMBNAIL adn it enlarges. then right button click it, hit PROPERTIES, and you will see the url address

and it will look like this:

starts with http and ends with jpg.

Then copy and paste that inbetween [ img ] and [ /img ] with no spaces, and you will see a pic after you hit Submit.

Hey Roseman

I took your advice and mercy killed the non producer of my 4 plant grow. When I pulled the plant and the net pot, there was no resistance and I didn't need to cut the roots. Obviously, the roots had already become compromised. Looking in the res, there was a "fuzzy" look to the roots right below the netpot before I pulled it.
My concern now is the remaining roots in the res from the plant that was mercy killed. Everything smells fine now, but I am looking for a preventative measure so that I don't have negative issues with the balance of my grow, which just started week 6 of flower. Should I just leave it alone and keep an eye on it? Should I add something to the solution to stop problems before they might arise? I have SM-90 and Hygrozyme but have used neither on this grow. Looking for a preventative measure, especially to save my Powerkush, which is growing awesome and will be a great producer.
