Timer for Led lights

With the mars II 700w led light,what kind of timer to I use with it? (thanks)

Any timer that is rated to the amps you are going to be pulling plus 10% will work. Make sure it has a ground input... some of the cheaper ones don't.

I know regular switches are rated by amps and dimmers by watts not sure which is used for timers . One thing I do know is 700w= a little under 6 amps at 120V. (divide watts by volts if using different voltage). I think you'll be fine using a plug-in timer from walmart or the like, just check the watts/amps on the package before you buy.
