Timer Question?

I'm looking for one of those timers that folks use for their cloning machine. They look similar to a fan speed controler. It's something like a 24 hour timer that you can, say turn the cloning machine pump off for 5 or 15 minutes at a time.


Does anyone know the proper name for this type of timer or have a link to one?

There is another called CT-1 short cycle timer, cheap and works well.

How are these different from a $10 digital timer? those have 10 programmable on-off settings, each can be programmed for daily, weekly, specific days, weekends only, etc. pretty versatile actually.
