Trouble With Auto Flower Seedling

Hello All:

Issue with a seedling in a auto flower grown. Just not sure what I did wrong, if anything. I did give it a very light feeding after a week of sprouting ~200ppm. I don't think it's nutrient burn, too much light?, bad see/genetics. Wondering if it is a virus?, details of the grow are here. First time using Promix HP, but I did add a plug of seedling mix where the seed was planted so perhaps the issue?

Hiya @NewToTHC that plant looks dry to me. How long has it been since it drank? New sprouts need a little water often rather than alot of water seldom. Just a guess though. CHeers, gl!

I have been watering, seems to be getting even worse. think it's a goner. Just gave it a dunking tonight. Will give it a couple more days

Do you think she could have got alot of water often and that picture just looks dry on the top? There's so many things it could be...one is also could be from overwatering.
