Urgent - droopy plant

this plant is oly a week or so old and it is drooping what should i do?

Could be a sign of over watering ? if plant pot was home made does it have drainage holes in base of it ? does the pot feel heavy or soil very damp ?

Or soil is to dry ! plant pot will feel very light to handle & soil is bone dry to touch once finger is inserted into growing medium ?


You can get idea by weight of pot when dry/wet by lifting it or by the finger method inserted into soil to gauge moisture content.

Usually if the leaves are "clawing" then its from overwatering. If they are just drooping its usually from underwatering.
