Using LED light at night/sunlight day

I've got an LED light thats around 6000 kelvin apparently.

Its a domestic lamp, so has a colour/hue selctor, so I've put it on blue, and desaturated the colour to make it pretty much all white.

I'm looking at it and thinking this could be used over night on my seedlings. Originally they were planned to just go on a normal daylight cycle as they are going to be grown outdoors (I'm in the med, so lots of natural light) but I was wondering if they'd benefit from being under the leds for a couple of weeks at night then go back outside in the morning, or am I just wasting my time?

They're about a week old, germinated last week and pushed through the soil on Saturday. Must be about 2 inches high at present. Seedlings are Northern Light fem and Cheese fem.
