I grow hydro currently, but I would recommend you flush your medium to start.
I have seen this in hydro and it only gets worst.
After that give her a light feed to get her back on track.
Forgot to say, I do soil also.

Tokin is on Point, I had the same problem with my Cherry Pie. I was PHing my water and testing it minutes after the process and it came out to 6.5. I decided to let it rest for several hours and retest the water and it went down to 5.2! So if you are PHing your water and not letting it rest before feeding then I would start there. My opinion is PH. Good luck
