When i turn on the light the leaves lose the strength I’m giving the. 18/6 light
But don’t know what the problem could be

How high are the lights? What's your temps? What are you growing in? How often and how much are you watering?

I water them when I feel the soil is dry, but couldn’t really know how much water I put. What is the normal amount? How often should I water?

Whatever your pot size is run 1/4 of the pot size in water. Like a 4 gal pot hit it with 1 gal, SLOWLY. Water the whole surface not just the center.

When the pot feels dry water again, typically 2-3 days in a tent.
