What does this look like?

Took a couple of leaves from the top of my plant looking like this. I'm not sure if this is a heat problem or what. The brown part is soft to the touch not brittle like a burnt leaf. If anyone can help me with this problem I would appreciate it. I'm not ruling out heat I just want a second or third or fourth opinion. Thanks. If there is any other info needed to help diagnose problem let me know and I will accommodate.

Have you decided what was up pal because there is a thing called rust fungas I don't know anything about it but I have seen it and that's what it was like Brown and soft and only on a few leaves might be worth looking into
