if you're overwatering then just lay off for a few days and slowly water back in - if this is a problem with the irrigation in your pot then you'll have to transplant for find a way to get the pot to drain better

Do your pots have holes in the bottom, I had some that looked similar and there were no holes.

can that help tho? other than telling : ok, i overwatered and the roots are fucked, is there actually something i can do? because if not, i'd rather just leave it, since i'm positive it's a root problem

yeah ofc i'm not THAT bad with plants lol. soil seems to retain shit ton of water tho, even with perlite.

You can prune off bad roots so long as there are some nice white ones left.

But, the easiest thing is to just let it dry out. If its from over watering, it’ll come back
