What kind of bug is this?

Can't find this bug anywhere. I don't see any bites on the plant and this is the only strain in my room I see them on. Anybody know what I'm dealing with here?

A close up would be helpful, but it looks a bit like a leaf hopper.

Leaf hoppers like to suck the sap out of the plant. You don't want them there.

leaf hopper it sucks the juice from the stem mostly ...to your neem oil, will keep these off.
half a teaspoon to a pint hand spray add warm water shake and spray 2x times per day
