What part of the day would be best to flush?

Hey guys, first time grower here. I'm about to go into flower and I want to flush my plants to get out any excess Nitrogen and bring down PPMs to start fresh in Flower. My question(s) is, When should I do my flush? Right after my lights come on or before they go off? And should I give my plants one last feeding before I flush out the abundant nutes? Or should I wait to feed after flush? Any tips would be helpful. Thx!

Welcome to 420magazine.
Lights on is best, that way the aren't sitting in a soaking wet pot in the dark not transpireing .
Do it on a day you would normally give water.
Don't waste a feed.
Feed after flushing as you normally would at 6.3 ph.
