What's the best way to cure bud when you have to work and sleep

I read you should open the jar every 2 hours or so for the first week and you can leave it sealed at night but what if you work during the day and then you sleep at night so that doesn't leave much time to be opening jars. What's the minimum jars should be burped?

Unless it's too wet (can get little stick hygrometer that will tell you RH% inside the jar) and you have to take out of the jar once a day for first few weeks is all I do.
