Whats wrong with my 4 week old plant? - Yellow outline on leaves?

Hey folks,

I have 2 plants, one double dream and one blue dream, that seem to be fairly health except for the fact that they're exhibiting a strange light green 'outline' on the leaves.

I feed them a combination of dynagro grow and calmag on a weekly basis so I'm assuming it's not a nut problem..but maybe I'm wrong?

It's hard to even see the problem under normal light buts it quite evident under my 600w HPS..

they look good to me too, maybe minor nute burn on some of the tips

Happened to me before, it was a manganese deficiency due to a high ph that caused a lockout. Chk ph run off

Also looks like nitrogen issues but need vitals before u can really figure it out. 2nd pic down curled leaf, look on bottom of leaf for bug.

Flush with 2x water as the size of the pot you are growing in. When the medium is mostly dry start with half strength nutrients.
