When do you believe this plant will start blooming?

I would like an estimate as to when this mother plant will start blooming. It's about 5 feet tall.

I found fhe plant the beggining of June In my garden. I've been feeding veg nutrients since I found It until 1 week ago, that I am now feeding blooming nutrients since I found small pistils, and hairs from pre-flowering. I feed nutrients twice a week, and water 3 times a week. I feed with about 3 teaspoons of nutrients each feeding.

I just transplanted one of my plants into a pot, and moved to my shed at around 7:30PM. I will bring It out to get sunlight at 8:00AM. I will be doing this until harvest. It's about a 2 foot tall plant. I did this because If I were to have left It grow outside In soil until fall or so, I may would have not gotten a harvest from this plant, being about 6 weeks old.
