When to add light to seedlings

Hey everyone,

New grower, avid smoker. This is second crop now I'm just starting and want to be better prepared.

I have planted by seed White widow auto and cdb auto cheese. Soaked for 18 hours, placed in Rockwool and the germ is now grown enough to come out of the Rockwool by about a cm.

My question is when do I start to add light to the mix. As there are a ton of ppl saying don't add light till first leaves, some say do it right from the start. Any help would be great.

when the head of the plant pokes thru the soil,, it be lookin for light,,

i have read to give light right away,, and i do,, lots right out the shute
