When to flower CB Dutch Treat

Hey man I was wondering if you could tell me what soil you used after germinating the cb Dutch treat seeds?
I heard plain soil does the job but I want to get a second opinion before I plant.

I used Fox Farm Ocean Forest potting mix. I've used Mexhanics potting mix in the past and fox farm was better. Here's a link to details:

I used air pots and they worked REALLY well for me, I'd definitely use them again. I started out with cloth pots but they didn't get enough circulation and were messy so I switched.
I also used Fox farms nutrients: Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom and Bembe. I fed them more often than fox farm recommends. I used Neptune's kelp & seaweed organic fertizer until the plants were about 2 feet tall. I work at a garden center and got compost tea for free so I used it too. I'm really happy with the results! 14-16oz jars from 3 plants (don't have a scale to weigh them)

Flower when the plant is 50% as big as your max canopy height, the plant will most likely double in height after flip.
