White Residue on Leaves

Hey guys! I've just started my first grow with a few seeds.
They are a little over 2 weeks old.
I planted them in a 33% Ver/per/peat mix.
The temperature in the grow room ranges from 68 with lights off, 82 on a hot day.
Usually at about 35-50% humidity.
With plenty of air flow.
Now to the chase, I've been noticing little white residue, maybe powder? Near the edges of muh babehs.
Any thoughts?

i think when u water them u shoudnt touch your plant growth with water, cz when water dries on growth it leaves shit like that

Thats what I was thinking, I mist them frequently cause I was worried about the higher temps. Being a novice I wasnt sure, I didnt see circular patterns like mold. I wont mist them for a few days and see whats up. Thanks!
