Whitmaan’s Auto Purple Express: First Ever Grow

Hey Listers, I’m hoping you’ll be able to point me in the right direction? Is now the time for food or nutes? If so then what food should I be looking at getting? Cheers man
Hiya whitmaan, can you remember what soil you used? I only ask because some soil has food in it, don't want to give bad advice.
She's looking healthy, it would be slightly larger if you gave her more light.
Yes, it would be ok to start giving her food as long as there's none in the soil. Start at a low dose, 1/4 of recommended.
Biobizz do a full range of grow and bloom nutes if that's what's available in your area. I use plant magic for soil, one bottle grow, one bottle bloom, nice and simple the way I like. Then late bloom I add some Buddha tree PK 9-18 for flower boost.
Hope all is well and you're enjoying the sun.

Hey man, thank you for the quick reply! I wouldn’t usually ask someone direct but you’ve been helpful so far hence why. I just used basic garden soil, I originally used grow bag soil but had to repot with normal soil. I used Biobizz root juice so yeah I’ll grab some bits from them. Thanks for the advice though, double helpful. Loving the sun at the moment, plenty of surfing and relaxing for me, haha! You making the most of the sun? Cheers

All good bud, ask away, if I know the answer I'll gladly share.
If you're in a pub serving skinners brewery, have a betty stogs for me, it's my favourite beer .:surf::passitleft:

Morning all, just an update as she seems to have bloomed a bit more over the weekend! I’m assuming she’s in ore flower now? Anyone got any advice on light schedules? Should I change what I’m doing or leave her as she is? She is now starting to have a nice smell to her and it’s noticeably from those white parts. I’ve popped a couple of photos on, if anyone has any advice that would be greatly appreciated. I gave her the first feed 3 days ago using BioBizz Grow and I think that’s why she’s now doing so well. I have set up a GoPro in the tent so will be uploading a nice time lapse once she’s harvested

P.S should I try LST? I’ve read lots about it but unsure if it’s worth it for my first grow or should I let nature do her thing?

As for the training LST, I usually stop training when I see the plant start to flower.
Maybe best to let her go natural, but that's just my opinion.

Hi guys, hope you’re all good! Just wondering if anyone can give me pointers as to what’s happening? She’s been doing absolutely fine and growing nicely but I noticed these spots today and there’s obviously an issue, is it maybe not watered enough or too much? Or a pest of some sort?

Alright whitmaan, she's looking good bud.
Have you changed over to flower nutrients now she's flowering? The plant has slightly diferent needs in flower.
Make sure your ph is on point.
If it gets worse, then look into some cal/mag bio bizz do a version, sometimes they need an extra bit of calcium.
Hope you're enjoying the beach in this nice weather, keep safe.

Well what wonderful weather this is ay! Hope everyone’s enjoying the sun. Just an update on this one, she seems to be doing very well other than these brown patches and nicks in the leaves. I’m fairly certain it’s a calcium deficiency but am struggling to find somewhere stocking biobizz’s range. Amazon is sold out and their website isn’t working. Can anyone recommend a remedy? Photos below, cheers guys

Hey whitmaan
It doesn't have to be bio bizz cal/mag, you can use any companies version, they all do a similar job. Just grab what you can locally.
