Wierd L shape, lost cause?

So its been 13 days since I put a seed into germination. The last 5 days she looked great, today the leaves started to wilt a bit.
I think I put it in the tent too soon maybe, but the main issue is that shes grown in a weird L shape. She was droopy the first day then peaked up but never all the way.
