Yellow/brown spots on plants and drooping plants, need help!

My plants are 2 weeks old and just started having problems, are these yellow spots from bugs maybe? Or a deficiency? I have no idea.

I'm running 400w MH, just bagseed.

Did you spill any nutes on your plants when you fed them/

looks light there has been water droplets on the leaves and the light has burnt the leaves.

I agree with skyrocket;

you may accidentally have left some water droplets on the leaves the the light as burnt the leaves.

it is not pests I do not think, so do not worry,
