What do you have in the reservoir just water? I could be wrong but Looks like a deficiency the yellow is starting from top down not bottom up right? And are the net pots getting soaked on the bottom if not make sure they are as long as bubbles are soaking them with a small 1/4 inch air space your good roots should draw towards the water. I had the same issues with mine but they were clones I used some clonex solution works for seedling also for about a week and they came right back flushed system added fox farm big grow hydro and big bloom nutes my clones and seedlings are all healthy now growing fast I'd say flush the system add clonex and keep ppm below 450 for now they should be fine

Hi mikesem420
I did also wonder if it was deficiency
I drained res and filled with 1/4 strength nutes and ph to 5.8 a few roots have just made it down to the water
As you say it started on the 2nd set of leaves
I didn’t ph the rock wool cube maybe that could have been the problem I started off in a jiffy pellet and put into a 4 inch rock wool cube it’s getting plenty of water from the bubbles popping just underneath
Wondered if it could be too much for the roots

I woulda soaked them in a 1/4 strength nute ph 5.8 or the clonex solution then they have something to feed from right away. I didnt do that my first batch and I had the same issue just keep doing what your doing since the roots hit the water you should start seeing improvements if not I'd strongly suggest the clonex it has the perfect amount of nutes for clones and seedlings. You shouldn't have to worrie about it being to much water as long as you have good amount of air stones in your res leave a small air gap between pot and reservoir 1/4-1/2 inch my roots are exploding.I'm always trying to learn more you should start a journal as @Pennywise said so I and other people can follow along share some pics of your setup! I'm adding some before and after pics of my setup same type of issue corrected with clonex and proper light height another possible issue you might be having raise your light to 24ish inches
