1st dwc grow. Need a little help.

I am attempting my first dwc and am running into issues. I have an 18gal tote with 2 3in net pots, 2 big bubble stones. I just put two clones of gorilla bomb in the net cups 3 days ago, running at about 1/3 of General hydroponics flora trio feeding chart, plus hydroguard. Clones looked liked they took the transplant well and already have pearly white roots emerging from net cups and reaching nutes about an inch down from cups. I went to check ph and temps and noticed a slight smell and bubbles...opened my lid and I can see the water is murky.

I am pretty sure this is not a good sign, I was wondering if what I am seeing is just an excess of good bacteria from the hydroguard or if it is something more nefarious? I am planning on doing a rez change in the morning, but any extra advice will be well recieved.

Btw. Ph levels 6.3-6.5
Water temp mid to upper 70s..(No water chiller yet)
Grow room temp 72-82
Tent size 4x4x8
Light 600w hps/Mh. (Curretnly Mh running at 50%power for my little ones.

I decided to go ahead and change out rez. Just in case it's not a build up of beneficial bacteria. The new solution is steady at 5.5ph and around 235ppm. I'm worried that the smell and murky water will come back..as I've seen this in other posts. I have included a few pics of the little ladies...any help and info will be greatly appreciated.
