My 1st grow is coming to an end, heres a few pics in week 7 day 3. How do they look? Ending soon? Also when should i start flush? 4 plants in 20l coco.

Fantastic looking girls you have there brother. Good work.
Flushing is a bit of a can of worms. I personally feed right up to chop especially in coco.
If your girls are doing well most people don’t flush. Flushing salts from grow medium isn’t going to improve flavor of buds.

Looks incredible, really frosty and great colors! Agree with Bill284, the plant takes up - what it takes up, washing the roots or media doesn’t change that

Get a keepers loupe or digital microscope that attaches to your phone. Look at the tricomes and when they start to amber you're good

Yes just guessing 7 to 10 days but the loupe or microscope is your friend
