I was told that about 90 % of bagseed turns out to be a hermi, is this close to correct?

At least 99% of all genetics out there period will hermie if the conditions are stressful, or other criteria are met. It's extremely rare to find a plant that won't hermie no matter how it's tortured or neglected.
There's no way that 90% of bagseed seeds turn out hermie. I've never had a hermie from bagseed. Check out all the bagseed grows. ;-)
