BlueBerry Feminized Auto Flower First Time Closet Grow

Thanks for the kind words XLR8 and MR Krip. I know i shot my self in the foot on the ph tester! I kinda just wanted to see how they would do if i just gave them good soil and water! Keeping things simple. I believe for my first grow they are doing great!! I have learned alot and gathered some first hand experience! So I believe i will just let them do their own thing all the way through. I got the ladys some distilled water today to see if they like that better. Will post some pics if i get a chance tonight! The buds smell amazing when i was watering today!!!!

Hi

I grow at the moment gree-o-matic. Maybe you can check out my journal and give me some advice...? After 1 month of veg today I have changed the light to hps and well in 2 days flower nutes.
Do you have any ideea how much 1 plant gives?( dry i mean). I know it depends on many factors but so between and between. I have 20 plants and have no clue how much I can expect

From what I have read about, although not much,lol..."not much on green-o-matics yet...but 14-30 grams looks to be what u can expect if everything goes right....but pot size will defently make a differencr in the yeild,Iv seen lowryder 1 produce 7 grams in tiny pots and 2 oz in big ones,so it realy depends but from 20 female already budding green-o-matics...and all the light ur using,Im betting u will get quiet the haul!:tokin:

Great job FarmerJane, lookin good. I grew this strain a few months back. Mine got tall 3 feet to be exact. Your buds look the same just mine grew alot taller and lanky. I think it was a sativa pheno. had to pull early but got about 1 oz off of her. Total body high,no couchlock just body :) Smellls very fruity while growing.

I would grow again just have to be careful on the nutrents. Easy to over feed.

SO I am at week 8 56 days and would like to finish up in the next week! Was wondering if i could go strait 24 hours of light for the last week to get the most out of them this last week?????????????? I will get pics up Friday for everyone!!! Thanks for the info!!

Goda Green I took a peak and your ladys look very lovely! If you look at XLR8's jurnal he went with 12/12 too and his blueberry is very tall to I think the 20/4 is a much better light cycle for the autos. I am going to go strait 24 hours of light for my last week as long as nobody objects on here!!!

Dont think good or bad on the light cycle, i just think the more light they get the quicker they grow!!! He only went 12/12 because of the other ladys in the room if you have all autos look into the 20/4 light schedule!! They look good either way!! How many days are you going to grow before you harvest?

Hey Jane and Goda Green - I went with 12/12 because I'm growing a regular Blueberry and it needs to have that light cycle in order to bud/flower (I do have some auto seeds to try eventually, but haven't tried them yet). One cool thing about those "auto flowers" you guys have is that you can give them longer light periods like 20/4. If I did that with my regular Blueberry, I'd be eternally stuck in "Veg". Goda Green - for future consideration, I've heard a lot of people recommend the 20/4 light cycle that Jane is using for Auto strains. Having said that, I checked out your plants and they look pretty yummy!

I'm not sure why, but my Blueberry really did take off like crazy, lol. She's a beast!

The best way to tell if they are ready, is by looking at the trichomes under magnification. You can buy a great little microscope at Radio Shack for about 10-15$ that works good for this. Check out this link:

What are Trichomes? Trichome 101

As I understand it, "Auto Blueberry" typically takes around 10 weeks from seed before it's ready to harvest. My guess is that you do have another 2 weeks or so, but the only way to know would be to check the trichomes.

Bottom line, though, is that you'll have a whole bunch of your own bud to smoke in a very short period of time!

So 58 days I have not switched over to the 24hours light yet will get a microscope tomorrow to see the tri's!!! I want more of a energetic heady buzz then a couch stone!! So i might only go a few more days tomorrow will tell! If I can get some pics through the scope I will post what I see!!

Thanks a ton to XLR8 you have been a big help in the life of the ladys!!!!!! Hope your kindness will return you good karma in the future!!!!

Hi Farmer -

Those buds look amazing. :bravo: I'm not a soil grower, so I can't really answer your question about watering, but I doubt you'd want to change anything prior to harvest, and I don't think it would help much with dry time, etc...

Nice job! :thumb:
