600 watts, I have other strands in the same tent that are great though, it’s just this one plant it’s huge but not forming buds, hopefully it just takes longer

Looks like you have a lighting issue, like too much lighting. You at 12 on and 12 hours off or very close??
There's too much green leafy material in the flowers. Thats usually either too much Nitrogen in flower (plants dont need N in flower or VERY little) or the lighting in on too long.
I'm going with lighting issue - looks like the plant tried to re-veg in the middle of flowering to me.
