Anyone have a clue what these bugs are there coming from my CO2 bag and I'm pretty sure there beneficial but I've never bought one of these bags before.

Are you growing in coco? I am, and I've had fungus gnats in all my grows - it seems inevitable...
You can put some yellow sticky traps in your grow room to catch gnats. I just put some in mine. (pic from the net)

Yeah I just started my first coco grow a couple weeks ago I brought the humidity down alot and that seems to have helped they arent killing or attacking anything just a bit annoying so I guess I will leave them till my grow finishes up.
