Can I have some advice please

I'm a first time grower and these plants look a bit odd. I have one that I think is growing nice however any criticism is welcome. I have two other however that aren't doing much of anything I don't think. I'm not sure if it's upside down or if it looks how it is supposed to. Any help is appreciated...thank you in advance.

Didn't plant the seeds deep enough bud & looks like a baby tap root to me !

Normally plant seeds between 5 mm to 10 mm deep or about 1/4 of an inch.




I would gentle lift those seeds & make hole with a pencil or some thing bigger enough to drop the seed into with out damaging the tap root... very gently cover over & watch em sprout with in 24 to 72 hours hope fully.
