Hard to tell from your pic but I'd give it more time. Have you looked at it with magnification?

I don't see any trics on the sugar leaves or buds. Without the trics, there's no high.

I would wait that out a bit longer...

This is almost the hardest part...the really hard part is waiting for the cure after you think it is dry.

Their are still some white hairs on the flowers so wait until they are all ginger, if you can't show or see the tric's check the lowest flowers to see what stage they are at, bet they are all still white hairs on em.
