Well here we are the end of week #8 & beginning of week #9, time to switch ours lights to 14/10, still sunset & sunrise effect (half lights come on 15 min earlier & half go off 15 min earlier). We shall see if we produce more trychomes & if it does or does not increase flower bud size=yield. The general thought by a few of us on the MMMA website is that anything that stresses the plant out the last 14 days increases trychome production. We shall put theory to practice & see.
You will see I had to add more tie supports for The HOGS in both res now. Since I had to get back behind to the timmers I took the opertunity to trim a couple spent leaves, adjust some lights, tie up some of the rear colas, inspect the rear of my plant very closely for any real issues, none by the way except tie up branches.

Res Change 6.5gal Ro'ed ph'ed & H2O2 treated (18-24hrs prior @ a rate of 5ml/gal) water
15ml Nutrilife SM-90
15ml Dutch Master Gold Range Zone
1.5oz Botanicare Silca Blast

Looking good as usual H.... The purple kush is just killing me man, I have no idea why I wouldnt get something purple to begin with..... Next time I place an order something purple is at the tippy top of the list big time. The way that looks right now in your pics with those big red leaves... If you could hear me screaming muther ..... across my house..... old mans sick in bed yelling back "whaa???? I cant hear you" its hysterical... I told him to shut up before I come in there and pop a hip on your old ass.... LOL...
But looking good buddy.... Is this the first week you took them off A and B nutes? I just caught that...

I gotta say dude, if mary didnt do the things she does, she'd still be one of the best looking flowers I've ever seen. Looking good H, I am jealous big time. I cant wait to see that finish up. I'm almost ready to build a small cabinet and throw a few clones in there for a week and throw them into flower................. (as I push the period key I think more about how I could do that)................that is a good idea.... It couldnt hurt to take a clone or 2 from each....LOL... too much work at this point and not enough materials anymore.

Well we have come to our final week of this grow! And the first Tub is in a Clearex Flush as I write this!
First I would like to say thank god I got my hands on clones from a stable set of strains mothers! Because all the hell I went through with these gals the first few weeks trying to figure out this "Bubbler Tub Style" DWC & my water issues, they should not have done as well as they have. Also thank the lord I came across the Great products @ Dutch Master, especially their Gold Range Zone product; just simply the best stuff. I will do it this way at least 1 or 2 more times but already gathering the components to make a RDWC System with some niffty totes I have found online, instead of 5 Gallon Buckets, but that is another day. I will probably always be a "Chem Salt" grower while I use this style of DWC, lots of people do well with the organic approach though.
Thought I would share a pic for anyone that is thinking about "Bubbler Tub" Style DWC. This is a Moderator aquitence from another Online Forum I subscribe to. He is from my old neck of the woods in Sacramento & lives here in Michigan now. He is a caregiver for max amount (5) patients + can grow for himself so can have up to 70 plants going at all times & his wife is one of his pateints so he can have up to 20oz at all times on site. He swears by Tubs & even has done a scrog grow on line with a Bubbler Tub. Look at that monster, 4 weeks Veg & 9 weeks Flower; Makes ya think don't it?

I have to agree with you on that one about the zone, every single time I add some or do a res change since the root growth came back, the roots grow exponentially. I did my weekly top off on wed. and the roots doubled in size since wed. and I'm sure later on today will be no exception.
I gotta run out to work but I'll post up a little bit over at my thread. Had a big scare yesterday that just turned out to be me being to busy and forgetting something very important....will elaborate further a little later...
But looks good though H, cant wait to see how it goes next week...

Well here we are next to last post for this thread. This is harvest time, a time for joy, & a time for renewing. The renewing was starting seeds & replacing a water heater today @ the shop. The rejoicing was when I was done with the first stage of trimming & going to drinks/dinner with my wife tonight. The water heater & drinks/dinner are why I am posting this evening instead of this morning.
First stage of harvest took me just about 6 hours & I probably have that much again when it comes to final trim before cure. I am really happy with the yeild.
The HOG- High yields, medium height & strong smell while growing & drying. Little pruninng produces nice results. Long Flowering time, shows lots of sativa traits

Hawaiian Kona Bud- Nice crystalization, strong smell while growing, short height, medium yields, needs prunning to perform. Medium flowering time. Bonsai Indica phenotype plant structure

Purple Kush- Nice color, heavy crystalization, short to medium height, medium flowering time, medium yeild. Ligh smell is mbrushed while growing, flower tops have greenish/purple tinge

I will definitely prune up the bottoms on the next grow. Also going to try some different supplments to the grow. Even though I do not have anything to compare it to, IMO the 13-14 lights on time seems to have added weight to the buds & more trich production.

Ran out of room, going to have to get a couple more drying racks!!! I am really happy with the results!! I have a osolating fan blowing in the room that it is drying in @ 65f. Makes the whole damn house smell! Thanks for watching, have a great weekend, good luck to everyone & their grows! Next week weights & smoke report!
