Can’t get a decent pic of trichomes. Upper had a lot of Amber and cloudy and clear lower has some Amber and alittle cloudy

You must always, look at trichomes for determination on if done or not.

Use a 30x microscope or for even better views, a 60x lens.

Your bud on the picture looks a bit like mine on an amnesia XXL auto. The lower buds still have more white pistils. In terms of ripening in my opinion she needs a few more days. You could harvest now but the flowers aren't fully ripened. As others mentioned best way remain to check trichs. At that stage unless you had a trouble with roots or environment, she shouldnt have too many amber

Nice bud. It's hard to tell without a close-up. I use a 10X/15X cheapo jeweler's loupe. It's my most used tool as I am always checking the soil and under the leaves for bugs, too.

Just can’t get a good pic. Top buds have amber bottom no . And bottom has not a lot of cloudy The Whole plant doesn’t seem cloudy but amber. Makes no sense all three are like that

Don't let sugar leaves fool ya, they degrade much faster than true buds

Lots of amber is CutIt Time!!! Dry it cure it and then let it lock you to the couch for a ride!! Enoy

If the tops look done you could do a staggered harvest. Chop the tops, lower the lights and wait on the lower buds to finish up.
