Germination Emergency: Help!

Hello everyone. About 18 hours ago i put some seeds in a Jiffy container to start the germination process. I didnt use a glass this time simply because I didnt think it mattered...boy was I wrong.

Just looked into the Jiffy container and all over the water was evaporated.

I have no idea how fast it evaporated, or how long the seeds went without being in water.

My question is, did I just ruin the germination of these seeds?

Ive put them in wet paper towels and in plastic bags, but im pretty sure I just F'd up the whole project and I didnt even get to freakin start yet.

So if anyone has ever done this or knows wht this may cause, please let me know. Thanks.

(Cant believe the water freakin evaporated im so pissed rn not even gonna lie...)

Sounds like you just have the pucks out in the open environment.
Do you have them somewhere nice and warm?
Do you have them in a humidity dome for seedlings, and clones?
If you don't already have a humidity dome I highly suggest one. Personally I find this to be a very important tool in regulating, and controlling the environment of my seedlings, and clones.
I like to do a 24 hour soak, then right to the Jiffy. Works well for me.
