How old is it? Is it a auto flower? How much light does it get each day?

Yea autos can technically flip any time! I agree with Sueet, it sure does look like she's starting!

I haven't grown autos, but that does seem early to be flowering! Although they are on a timeline regardless of how big they manage to get, so if you run into any delays that slow growth (or even sometimes I think simply stress can be enough to initiate flowering sometimes) then she might have flipped earlier than normal

3 inches, but how many weeks? It's my understanding that autos just do their thing on a strict timetable regardless of light schedule.

This is exactly it, it's usually a matter of time, not necessarily size or maturity

Genetics

Ya ima repot Saturday, I have other plants that did fine in that cup at that height, but yes definitely need to repot.

I think some people like to germinate straight in their final pot with autos, to save them being stressed during up-pot. Might be worth a try to see how your growth rate compares to the ones you up-pot

If this one is flowering, she will only make small buds and not give you a huge amount by the end. Sometimes the individual genetics of that seed just give you an extremely short timeline with autos, so you'll just have a small early harvest while you are waiting for the other bigger ladies to get there! :thumb:

I know that my basil started in tiny (solo cup) containers went to flower under 18 hours of light. I didn't have room to up-pot them so they stayed in the cups, growing fine I thought, but clearly they were stressing.
I presume autos act kind of the same way, which is why so many people advocate growing autos in their final pot from seed, to avoid any root stress.

I’m in the same situation!
Looks like my white widow is flowering very early outside. It’s not supposed to be an auto, but I got it from a guy who also sells auto seeds so I won’t be surprised..
Is there any way I can stop it from flowering?

If it is a photo, you can try supplementing the amount of daylight she is getting to try and get her to come back to veg. But if she's an auto, I don't think there is any way to stop or slow down flower
