I’ve decided I’m going to harvest my plant this Friday. I am growing 2 plants. SOUR DIESEL SATIVA & MASTER KUSH INDICA. I’ve notice on some of my leafs on my sativa plant have some white spots on leafs and it’s starting to look like PM so I wanna cut it down before it gets worse. Also it’s starting to get really cold at night dropping to 7 degrees. During the day it’s 15-20 degrees but I still think the colds affecting it. Let me know your opinions but I think I’m certain on this.

yeah, no idea on that. crap.

have not had PM yet (fingers crossed).
i do know there is a diy milk spray some use to control it.

i think i see @InTheShed @Preston9mm @DrDoob @MrSauga online just for starters
all have excellent experience.
hope one of you can chime in.

What about the white spots on my leafs ? I’ve been doing some research and it looks like it’s PM

I had PM on my last grow. I sprayed directly onto the spots. You can also generally spray to prevent it. I used 1 part 5% apple vinegar to 9 parts water and a squirt of hand soap. Mildew can’t grow on an acidic surface and the acidic spray kills the PM. It worked a treat.

The other thing to do is to defoliate so their isn’t a bunch of leaves/buds clumping together. You look like you’re outside. Maybe stake the branches apart. Air flow is also important.

Do a bit of research on PM. I thought mine was resin until I realised that it wasn’t. Compared to the THC it glows.

DON'T DO IT.

As has been said, you're way early still. But as also said, it's your plant and if you want to waste your effort so far, that's your business.

Get a 60x (or better) jewelers loupe or microscope. Look at the trichomes. Those will tell you when it's ready. Not "I think" or "I want" or "I'm impatient" or "I see a red moon rising."

im also considering cutting it down because it’s getting really cold at night. It’s dropping down to 5 degrees. Do you think it will survive ? It’s going to start getting colder and colder.
