N.W.Green's Sativa Love - Casey Jones

Re: N.W.Green's Sativa Love: Casey Jones

I still can't rep you again but my hat is off to you sir. That is one fantastic yield and one of the biggest hauls off one plant that I've seen so far aroun here.

I'm sure whatever is next will be that much better.

This was a great journal to follow, sign me up for the next one.

Re: N.W.Green's Sativa Love: Casey Jones

Enjoyable journal, and the assists you've given me are much appreciated.

Give a smell report as well please, nothing like opening a jar of well cured weed *sniff sniff*

Have taken cuttings and put into 12/12 tonight, hopefully we'll get a good mix. Even if lots of males, can pick the healthiest and scrap the rest. Have these Tangerine Dream on standby :)

One thing I do need to ask is do you know a timetable for a perpetual grow? I don't want to harvest too often and think I will be flowering 3 plants at a time.

Cheers!

Re: N.W.Green's Sativa Love: Casey Jones

Running 15 plants you could harvest 3 every 20 days running a 8 week (56 Day) flower with 30 days to veg and 14 days to root clones for a 100 day total cycle with clones being taken every 20 days, or if you want only 3 total flowering you could harvest 1 plant every 20 days running your 8 week strain and still veg for your 30 clone for 14 but cut 1 clone every 20 days after just under 2 months you would harvest about every three weeks very sustainably this system will work with strains that flower a little longer but root or veg more quickly by adjusting accordingly obviously the space and equipment you have are important variables as well hope that helps Davey :goodluck:

Re: N.W.Green's Sativa Love: Casey Jones

What Santa said^^^

Another cool way to do a perpetual but you need alot of plants and you will be working a lot, but lets say you have a 7 week strain(49 Day Flower) Cut a large ammount of clones at one time about 20 or so to start. as soon as the first one gets roots put it into 12/12 - every day after the first one goes in add another plant. by day 49 you will be harvesting the first plant you put in and replacing one so from that point on you are on a perpetual harvest and get to do a plant everyday. and just another tip you can veg for longer than just rooted clones but this is just to get you on the track and make everything ez on you for the first go around untill you get the hang of a perpetual. im doing one right now and its a bit of work.

And i will post a smoke report on some stuff after i go pick up Santa from the airport.... we should be able to hammer this out.... :D

Re: N.W.Green's Sativa Love: Casey Jones

If your in Cali i would strongly suggest the perpetual that i described but about anywhere else its really tough to stay legal but considder your situation and go for full bore no half assing :D

Re: N.W.Green's Sativa Love: Casey Jones

But also remember if your doing Casey this way its a long flower and you will need more plants. im sure you realized but # of plants is = to number of days in its flowering period

70?

Too many, I think, for purely personal use.

Wife would be bloody happy though.

Going to see if I can engineer my own schedule now you guys have given me insight ;)
