Mar 17, 2017 #5 T thebudking New Member You can go to the home page for gavita, click on the grow room calculator and they will work up a plan for you. Other wise, a 1000w hps will cover a 4x4 to 4x6 area, do the math.

Mar 17, 2017 #6 HigherTheHigh Well-Known Member seen a few grows that use a 600w hps per sq m. i would say 15 600w hps or 10 1000w hps if you ran 15 600w hps lights you would get 56w per sq foot = 4 plants per light 150w each plant. if you ran 10 1000w hps lights you would get 62.5w per sq foot = 6 plants per light 166w each plant. if 60 plants are all in 1 room i would either use 10/12" cool tubes or cool reflectors set up to your extractor fans to keep all that heat down. hope this helps and good luck.
