No heat/light wilt causes the leaves to droop down, not curl at the edges up. Are you growing outdoor? Either your humidity is zero, or your temp is 95 or above. It's too early for any nutrient to manifest in such a way, and an isolated way. If you spray with Ro water and Algae extract you could revive those leaves. If you don't want to try, well fuck dude, maybe try growing indoors.
Definitely not the cfl. Heat would be my guess. Or wind. I get a variation of that outdoors when the wind is 80kmh plus and temp in upper 30°c
