New first timer: harvest question

Harvest question......small buds.....but lots of trichomes.....how close ?.... I would guess less than ten percent are amber....what are your thoughts? Thanks for the help.

Hello Stugots2. How many days into flower are you? My first impression is that it's not ready yet but all strains are different. Do you know the strain name?

Are you looking at the trichs on the Flowers or the Sugar Leaves? As ones on Sugar leaves will go amber before she is even close to ready much of the time. I see a lot of white/straight pistils still, so to me she needs longer still based on that but depends also where you looking at the trichs.

Those are sugar leaves like Dwight said, they degrade faster than buds

Thanks all.....the plants are autoflower...blueberry kush and amnesia....two plants are 70day from germination...two are 80 days. Three plants in a home made super soil in half pot, reminder of fill is potting soil only, all of these in smart pots 5 gallon.....no nutes at all added. The one plant from most wide angle shot, second photo of group, is blueberry kush merely germinated and in dirt in garden. All have received only rain water, saved and natural... and sunshine. A test case for me to see how they will fair with only the minimum extras...lol...they are a weed aren't they?

Another week past....starting week 13 of 11 week autos...any ideas..?
Let me know what you think. Two plants number three and five of wide shot....are tens days later starting....so at 11 and a half weeks now. Plants 1,2,3, and 5..Blueberry Kush and plant 4 is Amnesia, odd.....no visible pistils on 4?
