Cover is great in a 4x4 tent. I put mine around 14-18 inches from the light.
7D " I have to tell you if you don't have one. You need one. My grow as gone from 7 to 10 in just using this light. I waited a full flowering cycle to post this review cause I do believe in telling the truth. I have had many lights. And this one surprised me.
Not only it does get so hot you scared of fire. But you can actually touch it and hold it for a long time. It gets hot. But not as hot as many many more. Plus you can separate the power source from the light or even inside the tent. Just can't beat it. . plants sure love it.
