We have a friend hiding in our Pineapple

[Ima Paradox]

Wife and I planted a pineapple, from the top of one we bout this last spring, it sprouted, so I grew it in a pot and now it is about 3 feet across and is on my patio. I need to transplant it to a bigger pot but I plan to wait until early spring to do it, In the mean time, I went outside to check out how the plant was doing because I hadn't looked at it in a couple of days and here is what I found.

I am guessing that I should call this plant a modified Venus Fly Trap.

That's pretty neat. Nice little fella. Good guard frog for the plants to keep the caterpillars away lol
