Hi everyone this is my first indoor grow, lets hope for the best. I plan on flipping the Sensi Star to flower when the auto is finished.

What strain is it?Critical Sensi Star Fem., Pineapple Express Auto
Is it Indica, Sativa or Hybrid? What percentages? The PE is Indica & Ruderalis, the SS is Indica

Can anyone tell me if they had any success with general hydroponics, I'd appreciate it. I was thinking after the auto gets chopped of doing a Scrog withe the SS anyone have any luck with a 1 plant scrog? Please leave some feedback back on the grow and lets make it a successful one.

Supercrop it. Tie it down first. Then you could make her go in which ever way to make her grow taller but it would be horizontal, more leaves, more buds. Would work well!

All is going well, pulled down the sensi star to even her out. The Pineapple only around 7in in height I'm hoping she fattens up enough for me to get at least a quarter. I saw in Bassman's thread about high defoliation and his plants bushed out and then some so I gave the sensi a haircut > the pineapple got trimmed up also I only took what fan leaves had stems or without trichs.

She still gots a few big ones that had trichomes on them

Oh and the led, when im messing with the plants for a while it messes with my eyes and everything is greenish, must be the pinkish/purple color of the led.

Yea its a heating bulb but I have a 14watt led that i used before the 240 and it worked perfect for seedlings. The pineapple has roughly a month and a half give or take what the trichomes tell me. That reminds me i gotta invest in a microscope

Nice work going with the defoiliation.
With a combination of supercroping you'd have some awesome plants. Bassman and Xlr8 are killing it with these techniques and definitely know their shit. Read all their journals, you'll learn a lot.
I'm on my second grow with General Hydroponics. And I like it, getting some good results with the OG Kush I'm feeding it to. But am thinking of trying BPN next.
I'm running: Flora gro, micro, bloom as base nutes, adding superThrive, Bio Root, Florolicious plus, Liquid Koolbloom and Koolbloom dry 4 last 3 weeks.
