They look nute burned. Are you using foliar feeding? Foliar feeding under lights can turn your leaves to krispy kritters in a hurry.
Another possibility is nute lockout, which happens when you are feeding too much. Too much of one nutrient can block the nutrient it pairs with in metabolic processes.
Try a week or two without feeding nutes and see if the leaves green back up, or the new ones grow out in the right color.
Man, I've never seen quite what you have going on there. If I would have to guess it would be Nitrogen related but this is just weird to me. Lets see what a few others say.
