Hello All, Welcome to my first Grow. Thanks for viewing and feel free to leave feedback along with tips and help with mistakes i may make along the way, Im here to learn and spread love.


What strain is it? 1 plant Ak48 / 1 plant Aurora Indica / 1 plant Northern Lights - Nirvana Seeds
Is it Indica, Sativa or Hybrid? What percentages? ak48 - hybrid/sativa / Aurora - indica / northern lights - hybrid/indica
Is it in Veg or Flower stage? currently in Veg as seedlings
If in Veg... For how long? 4-5 weeks
If in Flower stage... For how long? Need help with this one
Indoor or outdoor? Indoor
Soil or Hydro? soil
If soil... what is in your mix? FoxFarms Ocean Forrest Mix
If soil... What size pot? 1.5X1.5 rockwool cube ---> 4x4 Rockwool cube ---> 5 gallon smart pots
Size of light? 1 4ft 8 Bulb Quantum t5 badboy = 432/468 watts (possibly going to add another 432/468w T5 light in flower)
Is it aircooled? No
Temp of Room/cab? Around 79f during day / 66-68f at night
RH of Room/cab? 30
PH of media or res? unknown. ph test kit is currently on the way
Any Pests ? no
How often are you watering? First grow, havent watered since sprouts popped (currently seedlings in rockwool, no need for more water yet.)
Type and strength of ferts used? Testing Success Nutrients 9 part formula side by side with Xtreme Gardening Organic Tea and ferts.

Heres a few updates.
As of today 5/20 all seeds have sprouted. (5 seeds started on 5.16 in papertowl & transferred to rockwool cubes once taproots showed.)

5/5 looking good. At day 21 the best 3 or 4 will be kept and the 5th will be chopped.

Currently reading and following instructions from the book Three A Light by Josh Haupt. Heres a few update pics. Enjoy.

Hi Guys, morning to all.

Update. 5/23

We have roots at the bottom of a few of the rockwool cubes. They will get transplanted to 4×4 cubes when a few more roots show up at the bottoms. Heres a few pics of setup and new growth. Enjoy and feel free to leave feedback.

I'll be watching like a hawk! I'm starting my first ever grow in the next week or so. Just got my seeds and picking up all my equipment this week.

Hello Everyone, Morning to all And good night to my babies, which are currently on 18/6 light schedule (off at 7am, on at 1pm)

The last few days a lot has happened so be prepared for several updates today.


Starting off the update - 5/24 (36 hours after my last update), All 4 plants (AK48) (Northern Lights) (Aurora indica/AI) (Nirvana Unknown) showed roots coming from the bottoms of 1.5x1.5 cubes and were transplanted into 4x4 Rock wool cubes and placed in a humidity dome. before transplant, 4x4 cubes were soaked in Reverse osmosis water phd at 5.5 tested with test strips. Cubes soaked 30 mins then around 75% of water was released from them. humidity dome RH- 60 / Temp in dome - 79F.
No water was fed for 24 Hours.

Update 5/25 Part 1 - Nutrients (Success Nutrients)

Update 5/25 Part 3 - The Garden

24 Hours after Transplant the plants finally seemed to get over any shock from transplant and were Fed there First Nutrient Mix

(Success Micro, Blast Off, Trees, Flowers, Balance)

Pictures taken 2 minutes after the first feed. (6:00 pm) Check back soon for 24 hours later/ 48 hours later photos

thanks for subscribing , the Ak48 plant is proving to be a short but beautiful plant, Its leafs look somewhat similar to the Aurora Indica. Im really liking the Ak, definitely sturdy. Good luck on your next grow.

Update - 5/26 (24 hours after first nutrient mix) (Day 6)

You can see the plants really loved the mix and show Lush green new growth.

Update 5-27 (48 Hours after first nutrient mix) Day 7

Growing Strong.

(Nirvana unknown was showing signs of nutrient deficiency, most likely nitrogen but after the first feed, it seems to be recovering very well)

Hey guys, its been a while. Hopefully the wait was worth it.

Update - 06/01

All 4 plants were transplanted to 8" planter pots from the garden section of walmart & Watered in with there first True Feed.

(Transplant method)

Fill bottom half of pot with growing medium (im using grodan growcubes.. not croutons) then sprinkle azos & mykos over the entire surface area, sit cube directly on top, then fill in remaining space with growcubes & water with heavy runoff to ensure the entire medium has been fully watered.

Xtreme gardening Azos & Mykos is what you see that resembles cinnamon and sugar from the photo

As you can see from the photos the Ak48 and Northern lights look healthy but the Aurora indica and Unknown are looking sick. AI is the Runt of the group and had a burned lower leaf from either a deficiency or nutrient burn/lockout, AI is also growing unevenly and deformed. Unknown was really looking bad with all of its leaves curling down and wilting which i believed to be from overwatering until i picked the cube up and realized it was bone dry. All 4 plants were watered in with Reverse osmosis water and success nutrients. View my next update to see what my babies looked like 1 week later.
