Couldn't take it anymore. Had all them seeds burning a hole in my pocket. I had to go ahead and drop a 5 pack. So, I dropped the Querkle into some rapid rooters with some rooting hormone (that's what I was told to do by Subcools crew). So, hopefully in a few days they will pop.

Genetics: Purple Urkle x Space Queen TGA Subcool Seeds Querkle is an Indica dominant hybrid and has a great taste and out of a 5 plant test run all 4 females turned a nice shade of purple with warm temps throughout. Our goal was to recreate the nice grape flavour but add some speed to the slow Urkle mom. The results are better than we expected and finding 2 keeper moms from the very small test run we did. Results from the field verify mild variation, good yields and fantastic flavour and colours. Best way to grow Querkle is vegged to a large bush or untopped in scrog. . Cannabis seeds flower in about 8 weeks. Yield is medium to heavy if extended veg time is given mainly due to bud density. High type is Indica head and grape taste make it total all day headstash. Querkle smells of grapes, fruit, berries, musty. Smoke out of a clean bong the flavour is just amazing and IMO better than Mom. Querkle has been featured in both Skunk and Hightimes magazine.

Happy Turkey Day ......


This morning I didn't have much to do. Went down and watered my clones and my girls. I noticed that about half the bottom leaves were growing back in. So, I decided to trim them up again.

There were tons of tiny sucker branches and alot of little popcorn bud wanna bee's growing under there. I took all them off too. It hurt to kill all those tiny little buds. But, it will help the big ones.

Not much else to tell. I will mention that at this point ...... leaving the door open for any amount of time fills the whole house with the smell of green buds. It's a very nice smell .... so far. Hope my filter can handle it .... seems to be so far.

The funny this is, they are tiny little sucker buds off the stem.

Me too ..... already seeing some trichomes forming on the leaves closest to the buds. At first I wasn't sure about the LA Kush. Thought it was going to be lame compared to the other two. But, it seems to clone very easily and although it lags behind during veg ..... it really kicks ass once it starts flowering.

Not much going on. Still waiting for my seeds to pop. I'll take some pics when they do. It's only the 4th day .... hoping to see something soon. I'll be watering again tomorrow. I'll update with some new bud porn. I did go through my clones and pick out the best of the bunch. I got rid of about half of what I had and kept the best. I have to stay under that 15 plant limit to keep this grow within the allowed plant count .... keepin it legal.

One of my Querkle popped today. I was suprised. We got back from dinner and I looked in on them and there was nothing showing. We went in to watch a movie. Afterwards, I walked by and looked at them again and there is a little green sprout sticking up from one of the rapid rooters. I'm suprised since I only put them in there on Tuesday and this is thier fourth day.
