Regardless if you have the lights on for 24 hours or not a plant will still ‘sleep’ with the lights on, I personally don’t think there is any gain by doing 24-0

I know mars sells them. Look up quantum boards in the search if you have any mechanical skills. They are building them cheaper than you can but.

Agree...no noticeable difference, for me, running 16-20 hours, so I now run 16/8. Lots of discussion about how complex and essential processes happen for plants during dark period as well. Plus...cheaper on the electric bill

My outdoor plants grew like beast with only 8 hours of direct light. Indoor I realized plant were sleeping no matter what (droopy leaves) after around 15 hours of lights so I also decided to do my current grow under 16/8. They are looking great so far
