400w Ballast Not Powering Lights?

Last night idk what happened my mh light went off for some reason.. So i switched it with my hps light and now neither of them are coming on? Any one have any experience with trouble shooting ballasts problems or could offer some insights? I feel if indont get them back on soon my plants will die.. Best looking one is alreadynshowing it.
Very sad day. Any help GREATLY APPRECIATED

Yeah thats what it was i then used the backup fuse and that one blew too so theyre sending me a new ballast. Thank god im still under warranty!

Lol.. My ballast is just about 16 yrs old now! Globe has done about 8 grows too, so I think I got good value for money!!
